RETURNS & REFUNDS
When you want to return an item, please first read our Return Policy and then send us an e-mail at info@mallange.com.
Products in the Beauty & Health and Food & Beverage categories cannot be returned due to their nature.
After your return request is accepted, it usually takes 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed. If you do not receive your refund within 3-4 business days, please contact us by sending an email at info@mallange.com and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING
Normally it takes 5-8 business days for your package to be delivered.
After we have shipped your item, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number and view the status of your shipment.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that we cannot update the delivery address once your order has been shipped and is in transit. If the original address is a valid address, the package will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there to see if the package can still be forwarded or re-routed for you. If the original address is invalid, your package will be classified as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact us by sending an email to info@mallange.com with your order number. We will be happy to help you!

In case you never received your order: Please make sure that all of your shipping information has been filled out correctly. If you find that your information has not been filled out correctly or you need further assistance, you can contact us by sending an email to info@mallange.com with your order number.
