WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard, 3-7 Business Days shipping on all orders.
*Please note that we cannot update the delivery address once your order has been shipped and is in transit.
If the original address is a valid address, the package will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there to see if the package can still be forwarded or re-routed for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be classified as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact us by sending an email to info@mallange.com with your order number. We will be happy to help you!
*In case you never received your order; Please make sure that all of your shipping information has been filled out correctly. If you find that your information has not been filled out correctly or you need further assistance, send us an email with your order number to info@mallange.com and we will be happy to assist you.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
